This was created as the opener for the Sarasota Film Festival.

15 different characters were created for this short, drawn in Illustrator, and animated using ToonBoom. Most of the voices were done by myself with help from my wife, a friend, and a professional voice talent (the teacher).

The process was incredibly tedious. Collectively, I estimate this took 80+ hours.

The story is based on real childhood playtime fun and real friends.

Today, my best friend Ricky is a happy father of several children. The neighbor girl, well, she scared me and i don't know where she went.
